3. Bend while hot
4. File leading edge
5. Bent piece
6. Band them to a lid to cement

| This is a 120mm Wide Angle Diffuser for intake. At this scale it didn't really need standoffs on all the vanes. I put some soldiers from my sons PC by this to give it scale and effect like the NASA diffuser. | ||||||||||||||||
